高純度鋁合金壓鑄閥體，**特殊夾物組成的電磁脈沖閥膜片，使得膜片具有極高的拉伸強度、抗老化性和較低的磨損量，使得OUTANS歐頓公司電磁脈沖閥噴吹壽命高于100萬次或三至五年使用不損壞。
電磁脈沖閥線圈采用高于國標級絕緣注射在防護等級為}P65全灌封，全銅漆包線，圈數高于國家標準，保證電磁脈沖閥600萬次通電吸合不損壞，電磁線圈可以在脈沖閥芯上360“旋轉，接線盒可以4 x 900旋轉安裝，可防止暴露在露天時雨水進入，極大方便了不同角度安裝。
產品介紹
DMF-ZM型電磁脈沖閥輸入口與輸出口夾角為90°稱之為直角閥，其輸入、輸出口為外螺紋，并配備壓緊螺母，分氣箱(氣包)上的短管或噴吹管直接插入閥的輸入、輸出口的錐形密封圈內，并擰緊壓緊螺母，安裝方便、氣流通暢，能提供理想的清灰氣脈沖，適用于各種過濾單元的清灰。

安裝方法提示
1、電磁脈沖閥的噴吹氣源由氣箱(氣包)提供，分氣箱有方形和圓形二種，圓形分氣箱耐壓力效果較好，使用淹沒式電磁脈沖閥時，方形分氣箱安裝比較方便。
2、分氣箱的截面積和長度決定儲氣容積，其容積應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后，箱內剩余壓力不低于噴吹前壓力的50%，進氣管內徑決定向分氣箱充氣速度，其速度應滿足該組脈沖閥每次噴吹后10s內使箱內氣體恢復至噴吹前壓力。
3、脈沖閥應安裝在分氣箱的上部或側面，安裝側面時脈沖閥輸入端中心不應低于分氣箱側面中心線以下，脈沖閥不可安裝在分氣箱底部，同時脈沖閥輸出端應安裝處于水平或向下位置，不可安裝向上位置。
4、噴吹管的噴吹孔應小于18左右，開孔為:8-32mm(遠小近大)，噴吹管離布袋口200-400為宜。
