近日由遼寧東大粉體工程技術有限公司研制生產的高嶺土新型煅燒、焙燒工藝“閃速回轉焙燒”技術在山西臨汾一廠家成功應用,現已經調試運行。
傳統高嶺土生產中往往采用豎窯或者回轉窯,生產成本高,設備笨重,生產周期長,使用壽命短。而采用閃速焙燒技術則可以達到瞬間焙燒,設備結構更加合理,占地面積縮小,設備使用壽命大大延長。
該套設備的成功運轉對于高嶺土生產技術大大加大了現代化的步伐。據悉改技術裝備已經完全達到國際先進水平。
